You SERIOUSLY need to update you drivers. (bcdedit /set testsigning on) - this requires a reboot, and after installing the drivers, it must be re-enabled for system security and safety.

"I know this is old, but it is an old problem that Sena STILL refuses to fix. To make long story short, an old usb driver from RAZOR was the cause why my 10S headset was not recognized by the sena device manager. Than I re-connected everything again like I did it before restarted the device manager and TAAADAAAA! Sena 10S headset was recognized. Can it be that this old driver interacts somehow with the driver from Sena? Okay, right click on the “RAZOR” device and un-installed it with deletion of the drivers. But I have used a razor mouse in the past. Hä, WTF a computer mouse from “RAZOR”? But I am using mouse from another vendor. I had a look again into the windows device manager and I was able to find a device with the “?” and it was identified as “RAZOR” computer mouse.
So, back to the device manger and again: unable to recognize usb device I tried it and yes, my device was recognized without issues. If this works the device manager should in theory recognize the headtset. With the program UsbCheck.exe you can check the connection again. You can find the programms in the Sena installation path under “Programs”Ĭ:\Program Files (x86)\Sena Technologies\SenaBluetoothDeviceManager It is the same check like during the installation of the software. Than I have found a video at youtube were a guy explains how to re-install the driver and how to check the usb-connection.
I have checked the USB- cable, tried a different USB-port but issue was still there. But after the installation was completed the Sena device manager was not able to recognize my headset. During installation the device was recognized. I had the same issue with my Sena Headset 10s on my Windows 7 64Bit Laptop.
